CDK Realty Advisors was initially founded on the philosophy of sourcing real estate investment opportunities to clients through long standing relationships with small to mid-size developers who were in need of investment capital for their projects. CDK considered this method of investment sourcing a valuable tool whereby unique and off the market opportunities could be obtained for its investors. The concept was termed “Strategic Partnering.”

The concept also provided another essential component to CDK’s philosophy on real estate investing which is that real estate development and management is a local business. Success in real estate investment requires people on the ground in the various markets to understand consumer demand and area demographics.

We obligate ourselves as fiduciaries to extensive due diligence before each investment decision and work at being creative throughout the management process to increase investment values.
