our history

CDK Realty Advisors is a partnership that was formed in 2001 by Kenneth Cooley, Jon Donahue, and Brent Kroener. Each partner brought an extensive and diverse background in real estate investment and asset management which resulted in the creation of a comprehensive real estate services company. Initially starting with $45 million in assets under management, the firm grew to over $1 billion in assets under management by December 31, 2007.

Since inception, the firm has invested in various asset classes and in numerous locations primarily in the South and Southwest regions of the U.S. After adding one additional partner and three employees, today the company is comprised of seven professionals.
